What’s Covered:

• Manufacturer faults in the rubber, including defects in materials or workmanship.

• Issues that occur during normal, intended use of the product.

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, or intentional destruction.

• Wear and tear resulting from improper use or storage.

• Damage due to exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme environments, or unauthorised repairs.

• Black specs infused in the rubber are naturally occurring with natural rubber. 

How to Claim:

1. Email us at liftlabz@outlook.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

2. Our team will assess the claim within 3 business days.

3. If approved, we’ll replace the product – free of charge.
