At LIFTLABZ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund, no questions asked—provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Training books are not included in returns and refunds, only LIFTLABZ grips.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
