LIFTLABZ Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This competition is run by Liftlabz Pty Ltd, ABN 62651987398, based in Sydney.

Competition Period

The competition begins on July 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on August 15, 2025. Winners will be drawn and announced within 7 days after the competition closes.

Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents only aged 18 years or older.

  • Participants must have a public Instagram account to verify entry compliance.

  • Employees of Liftlabz, Knockout Nutrition, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete all of the following:

  1. Follow @liftlabz on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  2. Like the official competition post on @liftlabz Instagram, and tag at least one friend in the comments.

  3. Follow @knockoutnutrition on Instagram.

  4. Complete the entry form on our website, including:

    • Full Name

    • Email Address

    • Instagram handle

    • Confirmation of all entry steps

Failure to complete any of these requirements will result in an invalid entry.

Winners & Prizes

  • Two (2) winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

  • Winners will be announced via our official social media channels and contacted via the email or Instagram handle provided.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Claiming the Prize

Winners must respond within 72 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond in time, a new winner will be redrawn.

Winner Consent & Publicity

By entering, you agree:

  • If you win, Liftlabz and Knockout Nutrition may announce your first name and Instagram handle publicly on social media and our website.

  • We may request (but not require) that winners share a photo or video of themselves with the prize and tag our accounts. This is optional and not a condition of receiving the prize.

Disqualification

Liftlabz reserves the right to disqualify any entries that:

  • Are incomplete or incorrect.

  • Use fake or bot accounts.

  • Are suspected of breaching the fairness or integrity of the competition.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used only for administering this giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

General

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third party.

  • By entering this competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
